Using Our Services
Terms of Use
The practical terms that apply when you use this website, submit a booking request, or receive an Aura Mobile Spa service.
Effective and last updated: August 27, 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use apply when you browse this website, contact Aura Mobile Spa, submit an appointment request, or agree to receive a service. By doing so, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms that apply to your activity. If you do not agree, please do not submit a booking request.
A person submitting a booking request must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into the service arrangement. Arrangements involving a minor must be discussed with Aura in advance and may require a parent or guardian to be present.
Mobile Services & Booking Requests
Aura provides mobile spa and wellness services at suitable homes, offices, hotels, villas, and accommodation locations within its confirmed service area in St Kitts and Nevis. Service availability may depend on the location, treatment, therapist availability, travel conditions, venue rules, and whether the space is suitable and safe.
Submitting the website form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only after Aura has reviewed the request and communicated acceptance of the treatment, date, time, location, price, and any other material conditions. Automated form messages do not by themselves confirm an appointment.
Prices, Travel & Payment
Website prices are intended to help you choose a treatment and may be updated. The price and currency confirmed directly by Aura for your appointment will govern. Any applicable travel charge, venue cost, deposit, tax, or other fee will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed rather than added without notice.
Available payment methods and the time payment is due will be communicated during confirmation. This website does not currently collect card or online payment information.
Your Responsibilities at the Location
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, location, access, and booking information and for having authority to invite Aura to the service location. Please ensure that:
- the address and any hotel, villa, gate, parking, or security instructions are accurate;
- the treatment area is private, sanitary, reasonably quiet, well ventilated, and has sufficient clear space;
- children, pets, visitors, and interruptions are managed safely;
- the venue permits the service and the therapist can enter and leave safely; and
- you are available and ready at the confirmed time.
Health, Comfort & Treatment Suitability
Aura services are intended for relaxation and general wellness. They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy, or a substitute for advice or care from a qualified healthcare professional. No particular physical, therapeutic, or wellness result is promised.
Before the appointment, tell Aura about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, recent procedures, injuries, mobility considerations, medication effects, contagious illness, or any condition that may affect whether a treatment is appropriate. Seek medical advice where you are uncertain. Aura may adjust, postpone, stop, or decline a treatment where reasonably necessary for comfort, safety, scope of practice, or professional judgment.
You should communicate promptly if pressure, temperature, positioning, a product, or any part of the treatment feels uncomfortable.
Professional Conduct & Safety
All services are strictly professional and non-sexual. Harassment, sexual requests, abusive behaviour, intoxication that creates a safety concern, threats, discrimination, unsafe premises, undisclosed hazards, or illegal activity will not be tolerated. Aura may refuse entry or end an appointment immediately where conduct or conditions are inappropriate or unsafe.
Where a service is ended because of client conduct, unsafe conditions, or materially inaccurate information, any payment or fee consequences will be handled according to the conditions communicated for that booking and applicable law.
Changes, Delays & Cancellations
Contact Aura as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, or deposit rule that affects your booking will be disclosed before confirmation. If no such rule was communicated, no undisclosed cancellation fee will be imposed.
Aura may need to delay, reschedule, change the therapist, or cancel because of illness, severe weather, transport disruption, unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, or another circumstance beyond reasonable control. Aura will communicate as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an appropriate alternative or address any payment already made for the affected service.
Responsibility & Liability
You remain responsible for decisions about your health, for giving accurate information, for the suitability of the chosen premises, and for safeguarding personal valuables. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aura is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or withheld information, failure to follow reasonable instructions, unsafe premises, third-party venue conduct, or events outside Aura’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable consumer rights or liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or negligence where the law does not permit limitation.
Website Content, Links & Availability
Website content is provided for general information and may be corrected or updated. Aura does not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, or use its content unlawfully.
The Aura name, logo, photographs, written content, visual design, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Aura Mobile Spa unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

Privacy, Changes, Governing Law & Contact
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Aura may update these terms when services, policies, or legal requirements change. The version that applies to a confirmed booking is the version accepted or communicated when that booking was confirmed, unless a change is required by law or separately agreed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Christopher and Nevis. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Aura should first make a reasonable effort to resolve a concern directly, without limiting any right to seek urgent or other lawful relief.
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Contact page or by calling +1 (869) 668-1544.
