Aura Mobile Spa provides mobile spa and wellness services in St Kitts and Nevis. In this policy, “Aura”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Aura Mobile Spa. This policy applies to information collected through this website, enquiries, and appointment requests.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your appointment. If you voluntarily share allergy, pregnancy, injury, mobility, or other health-related information, we use it only to assess service suitability, prepare appropriately, and communicate with you. Do not use the forms for emergencies or send medical records.

Our hosting systems may also record limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs.

Aura does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with the therapist or authorised team member handling your enquiry or appointment; website hosting, email, security, or technical providers acting for Aura; professional advisers; or public authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Website and email service providers may process information outside St Kitts and Nevis. We select providers and use information in a manner intended to preserve appropriate confidentiality and security.

Cookies, Technical Storage & Google Maps

This website does not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Essential technical storage may be used where necessary for website operation, caching, security, accessibility, or form functionality.

The Contact page includes an embedded Google Maps view. When that map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy terms. You can avoid loading the map by not visiting that section of the Contact page.

Retention & Security

We retain enquiry and appointment information only for as long as reasonably necessary to communicate with you, provide the requested service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Information that is no longer required should be securely deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small service business, including restricted access and reputable website and email providers. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
